Angel’s Envy Tasting with Custom Engraved Bottle

- Built on a tremendous legacy and a pioneering spirit, Angel’s Envy innovated the foundations of bourbon and rye through a unique “secondary finishing” technique. By maturing their whiskey in charred oak barrels, then transferring it to secondary finishing casks, they crafted a distinct blend of refined complexity with an inviting flavor profile. Guests will receive a welcome cocktail and sample multiple offerings from this famous brand. All ticket holders will ALSO receive a one of a kind custom engraved Wee Whiskey Fest bottle of Angel’s Envy Bourbon to take home!

45th Parallel Distillery Tasting & Cocktail Class
45th Parallel Distillery Tasting & Cocktail Class

- 45th Parallel is a family-owned craft distillery, founded in 2007 as one of the first in the Midwest. Based out of New Richmond Wisconsin 45th Parallel’s process is a full circle local production and begins when they pick up grain from Rusmar farm. They then mill, mash, ferment, and distill it all within their facility. Afterwards, the grain is shipped to another local farm where it is used as feed for livestock. Naturally, the livestock turn the grain into fertilizer for next year’s crops. Ticket holders will receive samples of their Red Fife Wheated Whiskey, Distiller’s Reserve Single Malt and Maple Syrup Finished Border Bourbon AND get to participate in a cocktail making class.

Michter's Distillery & Cheese Pairing from Hill Valley Dairy

- Michter’s is proud to honor a historical legacy tracing back to the founding of America’s first whiskey company in 1753. Join the most admired Whiskey in the world as they pair up with local cheese maker Hill Valley Dairy to enjoy a unique pairing experience of premium Whiskey and mouth watering cheeses. Michter’s Ambassadors will be discussing their offerings and giving out incredible swag such as a Michter’s Distillery Glencairn glass and tote bag.
